Site Responsive and Sustainable
Tropical Hub was our hypothesis in best practice for sustainable modern design responsive specifcally to the tropical landscape we would continue working within for years to come.
The reserve became more streamlined and vertically integrated and that lateral structure made each team member responsible, motivated, able to rely on others, and know when to delegate and when to say no. For this reason, the first project we needed to build was the workplace, an office a.k.a. ‘the Tropical Hub’.
