KRISTIN MORALES, LEED BD+C
FOUNDER / PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Kristin leads the firm with sustainable design strategy and planning, visualizing the teams comprehensive ideas through building information modeling and design detailing. She guides the team at IM/KM by empowering deeper insights and encouraging creative exploration. Prior to the formation of IM/KM, Kristin was associated with several award winning architectural firms – FXFOWLE, H3, Magnusson Architecture and Planning, Gary Shoemaker Architects, PC, Daniel E. Snyder Architect, PC, and Davis Brody Bond. Kristin’s work with associate offices has been published in Architectural Record, the Architects Newspaper, and New York Living magazines. Kristin has served as a guest critic at New Jersey Institute of Technology and at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
IVAN MORALES
FOUNDER / PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Ivan leads the firm with comprehensive design strategy for architecture, landscape and site design, and oversees strategic planning and design detailing. He guides the diverse design and build team at IM/KM by stimulating collaboration with humor and cultural immersion. Prior to the formation of IM/KM, Ivan was associated with several award winning architectural firms – Eisenman Architects, Platt Byard Dovell White, and most recently Selldorf Architects. Ivan’s work with associate offices has been published in Architectural Record, and the Architects Newspaper.
